Direct Solutions built by Digital team that transform Patient, Consumer and employee experience across Baptist Health

Designing and building next generation Healthcare digital capabilities leveraging latest technology stack and platforms

Lead, mentor and grow a team of diverse software engineers

Display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward

Work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent is required

10+ years of professional software development experience

7+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java/C++/C# including object-oriented design or any js technologies like Nodejs, Reactjs etc

5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

Knowledge of AWS, GCP, MS Azure or similar cloud computing platforms is a plus

Experience working in DevOps or on open source projects is a significant plus

Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills

Effective Leader, collaborator, experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams
