Responsibilities

Assess current applications and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and define automation goals

Design and implement AI-driven solutions, including agentic AI models, to automate repetitive tasks

Develop and integrate automation scripts, bots, and workflows across enterprise systems

Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions

Work with POS and payment systems to embed automation capabilities

Integrate AI tools with back-office platforms for seamless operations

Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards

Document processes and maintain clear audit trails for all automation initiatives

Monitor performance of automated processes and optimize for efficiency and accuracy

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Qualification

AI/ML developmentAutomation engineeringProcess optimizationPythonCloud platformsProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in AI/ML development, automation engineering, or process optimization

Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or similar)

Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., RPA tools, AI agents)

Experience with POS systems, payment gateways, and enterprise back-office applications

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API integrations

Experience with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based automation

Understanding of financial systems and payment compliance standards

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
