Responsibilities

Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI/ML services to automate and enhance network operations
Build predictive models for network outages, anomaly detection, and performance optimization
Architect scalable, secure AWS cloud solutions supporting AI-driven network intelligence
Leverage Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) for advanced network topology analysis
Implement agentic AI frameworks enabling autonomous decision-making and remediation
Collaborate with network engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to drive AIOps adoption
Evaluate and integrate AWS services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend
Continuously improve AIOps capabilities using feedback loops and operational metrics

Required

8+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture
Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in telecom or large-scale network environments
Strong hands-on expertise with EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudFormation, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including agentic AI systems
Knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and network automation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Preferred

AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
Exposure to network automation and observability frameworks
