Responsibilities
Lead the route sales team to identify up-selling opportunities and deepen customer relationships
Drive outside sales performance by coaching, prospecting, and improving closing rates
Develop branch-wide sales campaigns aligning internal and external teams
Partner with operations to ensure service excellence supports sales promises
Monitor KPIs and keep a visible scoreboard for team accountability
Recognize and celebrate wins to keep energy high and competition healthy
Represent the branch at customer and community events
Manage and run service routes, deliver and pick up chemicals, upsell and cross-sell products, handle emergency calls, negotiate service renewals and pricing, and ensure timely customer payments and account follow-up
Qualification
Required
Experience in service and sales leadership
Ability to lead internal sales growth through a route team
Ability to drive external market expansion through an outside sales team
Experience in setting sales strategies and driving accountability
Ability to identify up-selling opportunities and deepen customer relationships
Experience in coaching, prospecting, and improving closing rates
Ability to develop branch-wide sales campaigns
Experience in partnering with operations to ensure service excellence
Ability to monitor KPIs and maintain team accountability
Experience in managing service routes and handling customer accounts
