Translate your STEM domain expertise into structured workflows (SOPs, rubrics, evaluation criteria)
Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day professional activities in your field
Collaborate with other experts to refine workflows for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility
Work with AI researchers to ensure workflows can be integrated into AI agent environments
Identify opportunities where AI can replicate or augment expert reasoning and decision-making
Qualification
Required
PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in a STEM discipline (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields)
Strong ability to explain complex processes step by step in clear, structured ways
Excited about applying academic expertise to AI-driven innovation
Preferred
Research, teaching, or technical writing background is a plus
