Responsibilities
Support the Director and Senior PD Manager in executing Hair & Body product development strategy and day-to-day project management
Participate in new product and category concept development, including competitive research and analysis
Collaborate with raw material houses, labs, and vendors to support formulation development, testing, and innovation initiatives
Track project timelines and status; proactively flag risks and support problem-solving to meet deliverables
Stay current on competitive activity, consumer insights, and global/regional trends
Qualification
Required
BS/BA with 4–7 years of relevant experience in product development, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, or personal care
Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including formulation, packaging, manufacturing, and commercialization
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
