Currently, we are seeking an Architectural Job Captain who can help contribute to all projects from inception to completion, requiring a thorough understanding of construction documents and project delivery.

2-6 years of professional office experience

Passion for high-end residential architecture and construction

Experience with Revit in an office environment working on real-world projects

Experience with the compilation, drafting, and coordination of permit and construction documents

A highly efficient self-starter who can identify and solve both simple and complex problems with principal guidance

A drive to constantly learn, improve, and contribute to the evolution of this young, rising office

High-end analytical and organizational skills

Strong writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills

Experience in construction documents, detailing, digital modeling, rendering, digital fabrication, and graphics

The ability to condense, categorize, and present research and ideas

In-depth experience with the following software: Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word & Excel, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Currently a resident of Los Angeles or willing to commute
