Director of Sales Marketing
Xanh SM is a leading electric vehicle (EV) and sustainable mobility solutions provider headquartered in Vietnam, expanding into the US Market. The Director of Sales Marketing will lead the business and marketing strategy, focusing on growth, customer acquisition, and brand performance while building strong teams and scalable systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute quarterly & annual business strategies
Lead customer acquisition, driver acquisition, B2B sales, and partnership programs
Oversee product/service development aligned with business goals
Manage budgets, promotional spending & financial efficiency
Build organizational structure, develop teams & ensure strong performance culture
Set up systems, processes, and operational guidelines
Drive market intelligence, competitor analysis & growth initiatives
Act as the accountable owner for revenue, growth & overall business performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing (MBA preferred)
5–10 years in senior management/Director roles
Experience in e‑commerce, FMCG, digital platforms; ride‑hailing is a strong plus
Strong strategic mindset, leadership & execution capability
Excellent communication, problem‑solving & crisis‑management skills
Ability to lead cross‑functional and cross‑country teams
