Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations

Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors
Qualification
Required

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
