Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: non-profits (including corporate or tax nonprofit experience), corporate and partnership taxation, state and local taxation, or international tax

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision

Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah Bar

If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state
