They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive level administrative assistance to support hospital operations, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling customer relations issues.

Qualification
Required
Customer service friendly - as the first impression of our administrative suite upon entrance
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Ability to handle multiple patient/family concerns and others who come into the office
High degree of flexibility is required
Good interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision

Ability to effectively communicate

Preferred
Associates degree in Business or related field
Executive Assistant and project management experience
