Responsibilities

Perform reconciliation of various loan and deposit accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies
Communicate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and service providers regarding transaction inquiries and account discrepancies
Assist the Community Banking Portfolio Manager with oversight of loan accounts, including monitoring balances, payments, and exceptions
Create and maintain financial and operational reports as directed by Management
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client requests, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction

Qualification

Required

2 years of banking, finance, or accounting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Preferred

Experience with loan servicing systems or portfolio management software strongly desired
Knowledge of banking operations and reconciliation procedures strongly desired
