Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience researching, teaching, or applying learning methodologies
Proven track record of significantly improving learning efficiency
Deep understanding of cognitive science, learning science, and memory principles
Hands-on proficiency with techniques such as: Memory palaces, Spaced repetition, Retrieval practice, Feynman technique, Mind mapping
Strong understanding of learning characteristics across different domains
Strong grasp of concepts like cognitive load theory, spacing effect, retrieval practice
Familiarity with learning psychology and educational psychology
Ability to read and interpret academic literature
Ability to convert research into practical systems
Clear explanation of complex learning concepts
Skilled at diagnosing cognitive obstacles
Experience designing personalized learning strategies
Ability to motivate learners and cultivate autonomy
High attention to detail and accountability
Experience developing courses or structured learning programs
Ability to systematize and standardize learning methods
Skilled at creating learning tools and resources
Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools
Ability to collaborate with technical and product teams
Data-driven mindset toward learning optimization
Strong interest in education technology
Master's degree or higher preferred (Education, learning science, cognitive science, neuroscience, or related fields)
Strong academic performance
Fluent English (required)
Chinese language proficiency is a plus
