Responsibilities

Research and design efficient learning methodologies (memory techniques, comprehension strategies, cognitive optimization)
Build rapid learning pathways across multiple subjects and skills
Design learning efficiency diagnostics and assessment systems
Optimize time-on-task allocation to maximize learning efficiency and retention
Design meta-learning systems (learning how to learn)
Translate rapid learning knowledge into AI-understandable frameworks
Train, evaluate, and optimize AI learning coaches
Design AI–student interaction strategies and adaptive teaching logic
Enable AI systems to diagnose learning obstacles and propose solutions
Ensure personalization across learner cognitive profiles
Track and interpret research in learning science, cognitive science, and neuroscience
Translate academic research into practical, testable learning methods
Design and execute learning effectiveness experiments
Establish scientifically grounded evaluation frameworks
Publish findings related to learning efficiency and methodology
Develop instructional content for rapid learning methodologies

Hands-on proficiency with techniques such as: Memory palaces, Spaced repetition, Retrieval practice, Feynman technique, Mind mapping
Strong understanding of learning characteristics across different domains
Strong grasp of concepts like cognitive load theory, spacing effect, retrieval practice
Familiarity with learning psychology and educational psychology
Ability to read and interpret academic literature
Ability to convert research into practical systems
Clear explanation of complex learning concepts
Skilled at diagnosing cognitive obstacles
Experience designing personalized learning strategies
Ability to motivate learners and cultivate autonomy
High attention to detail and accountability
Experience developing courses or structured learning programs
Ability to systematize and standardize learning methods
Skilled at creating learning tools and resources
Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools
