Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and document systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for PD SAI systems
Participate and assist in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PD SAI and subordinate agency level
Coordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes
Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, and makes minor adaptations and modifications
Provides independent and professional support on portions of complex projects
Review, advise, prepare and provide comments to documents including: Logistics Support Analyses plans, technical documentation, reliability and maintainability document, MANPRINT, training manuals, provisioning documents, and database management systems
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret clearance level
Master's degree in engineering or related scientific/technical discipline
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation
Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education level
A MS degree in a related field may be substituted for one (1) year of experience
A PhD in a related field may be substituted for an additional two (2) years of experience
