Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and timely

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that financial records align with bank statements

Perform double-entry bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records

Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support financial planning

Apply technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with accounting standards

Support corporate accounting activities such as month-end close processes

Collaborate with management team members to optimize financial operations and reporting

Assist with Payroll processing

Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets
