Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create innovative and effective design solutions that meet client objectives and user needs
Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and brand identities across various digital platforms and print materials
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience and intuitive navigation
Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and icons for use in various marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and presentations
Conceptualize and execute engaging visual designs for landing pages, microsites, and full-scale websites, optimizing for both desktop and mobile devices
Produce high-quality print designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with digital brand assets
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work when appropriate
Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of design output
Participate in client presentations and pitch meetings, articulating design concepts and rationales effectively
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance on design-related technical issues
Qualification
Required
8-15 years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Design
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and print design projects
Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch or Figma
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web and mobile design
