Manages inventory and tracking of medications and supplies
Ensures practice is in compliance with OSHA and all protocols/procedures in the delivery of patient care
Acts as MA clinical subject matter expert to assist practice management in oversight of coverage and daily patient operations
Monitors MA required training and certification records and ensures everyone is in compliance with HR
Performs triage of incoming escalated patient requests
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience
Less than 2 years of supervisor experience
Cert/Reg in Area of Expertise
Preferred
5-10 years
2-5 years of supervisor experience
