Responsibilities

Perform established inspections on manufactured medical devices in accordance with approved procedures
Collect, document, and report accurate inspection data, including custom inspection requests
Review manufacturing records, inspection records, and procedures for accuracy and compliance
Identify, document, and escalate potential quality issues as appropriate
Use designated inventory and inspection software systems to support inspection activities
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive inspection tasks

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform high-accuracy, repetitive tasks
2+ years of inspection experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor)
High level of comfort using computer software systems, including inspection or manufacturing systems
Ability to follow established procedures and work independently once trained

Preferred

Experience working in a medical device startup environment
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience using inspection equipment such as calipers or automated measurement systems
Experience inspecting electrical systems or components
