Franchise Development Manager (Contract)
Prospect Equities® is a full-service real estate brokerage firm seeking a motivated and strategic Franchise Development Manager to help lead their national expansion through franchising. The role involves identifying and onboarding new franchisees, managing the sales cycle, and providing opportunities for candidates to join as agents when they are not ready for franchise ownership.

Responsibilities
Manage the full franchise development process: lead generation to signed agreements
Present the Prospect Equities® franchise opportunity to qualified candidates
Maintain and track your sales pipeline through our ATS and CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to support new franchisee onboarding
Represent the brand through virtual meetings, webinars, and real estate industry events
When applicable, offer non-franchise prospects the chance to join us as agents
Qualification
Required
5+ years in franchise development, business development, or real estate recruiting
Familiarity with real estate brokerage operations and licensing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline and work independently
Experience with CRM and ATS systems
Understanding franchise agreements
Comfortable collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely follow-through
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Experience in a real estate environment
