Responsibilities

Review engineering drawings to determine part effectivity and applicability, engage with Boeing Commercial Service Engineering to document part usage on the fleet
Be a part of a multi-disciplined and cross geographical team to ensure customer contractual requirements are met
Prepares routine communications and presentation material for dissemination to internal and external customers
Evaluates engineering changes based on customer requirements and proposes program changes and manages implementation of changes
Maintain awareness of operational activities and aircraft on the ground maintenance events
Provide support for operator recovery plans for operational disruptions due to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
Conducts research on advanced technical, operational and quality issues
Defines, evaluates and maintains engineering supportability, operability and maintainability requirements for products, systems and programs
Research and analyze systems and components to identify issues and corrective actions
Supports a wide range of technical and operational issues associated with depot maintenance and repair

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
1+ years of experience in reading and interpreting technical publications and/or maintenance manuals
2+ years of experience working with aircraft drawings, specifically commercial derivative aircraft
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
