Responsibilities

Assisting with the documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems

Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system

Assists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met

Gathers information to support software project management

Documents deployed processes and tools and collect metrics

Supports software research and development projects

Troubleshoots basic software issues

Utilizing REACT

Coding less complex websites using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languages

Supporting website planning and deployment

Maintaining a functioning user-accessible website

Maintaining website technical documentation to assist with website maintenance and upgrades

Applying concepts, develops, tests, maintain and supports high-performance, innovative web-based applications

Using a variety of internet technologies, techniques and tools such as graphics software applications and object-oriented languages to create web page elements such as user interface features, site animation, special effects, databases, and e-business applications

Integrating new web products with existing web applications in order to improve the functionality or design of the organization’s website

Required

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components

Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation

Experience working in an Agile software development environment

Experience using with Jira and Confluence

Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software

Experience with the following software development skills: React, Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, XML

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years of related work experience)
