Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service and operational support to both internal and external partners
Focus on accelerating payment initiatives and enabling innovative use cases for electronic payment systems
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess operational impacts and identify efficiency opportunities
Lead strategic organizational change
Develop and execute roadmaps, maintain governance structures, and drive initiatives that align with the organization’s vision for payment services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred
Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree preferred
