Responsibilities

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation

Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc

Provide expertise and guidance, translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks across, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, budgeting, worksheets, total comp statement, grades/grade step progression, salary differentials, etc

Create functional and technical design documents

Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Compensation Processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality

Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation

Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables
