Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the driving of revenue, balance and account growth within assigned territory
Helps to create and deepen relationships with internal and external business partners within the territory
Schedules meetings and appointments as needed with the assigned consultant community
Interacts with brokers and consultants via email, telephone, and on-line meetings/events
Travels to and attends meetings/industry events as required

Required

Requires understanding of health care benefit products and services
Proven ability to prioritize work and requests
High level of detail
Strong Customer Service skills
Must have experience with interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
3-4 years years of Client Facing/Customer Service required

Preferred

Salesforce knowledge preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
