Responsibilities
Lead the architectural development and management of projects from design through the production of construction documents and construction administration
Produce detailed construction documents and oversee documents through all project phases to maintain alignment with quality, technical standards and design intent
Develop work plans, building and managing project schedules, budgets and resources
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Oversee and guide project teams
Support and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential architecture in a variety of project types, lake front and luxury condominium preferred
Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices, building codes, regulatory compliance, construction processes and project documentation standards
Proven ability to produce detailed construction documents and oversee documents through all project phases to maintain alignment with quality, technical standards and design intent
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, engineers, and contractors, to effectively lead project teams and align on project objectives and standards
Skilled in developing work plans, building and managing project schedules, budgets and resources
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience overseeing and guiding project teams
Highly organized and detail oriented with strong project management capabilities
Superior client service skills to support and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
Exceptional design sensibility and presentation skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite required
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture is required
Preferred
Advanced skills in 3D modeling and graphic software preferred
Licensed Architect in the state of Texas is preferred
