Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, solution scoping, and product demos for prospects and customers
Build and deliver customized demos highlighting AI capabilities and real-world healthcare use cases
Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy, proposals, and technical validation
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer insights and influence roadmap priorities
Create sales and technical enablement materials from the ground up (demo assets, architecture diagrams, documentation)
Develop scalable internal and external enablement resources
Operate independently without established frameworks in an early-stage environment
Qualification
Required
5–15 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
2+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering
Proven ability to lead custom technical demos in B2B SaaS
Strong collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams
Experience building sales enablement and technical assets from scratch
Background in AI-driven B2B SaaS startups (founding or early-stage experience strongly preferred)
Strong engineering fundamentals and technical fluency
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Zero-to-one building experience at early-stage startups
Engineering degree with strong AI tools proficiency
