Responsibilities
Draft substantive motions, briefs, and claim construction submissions
Conduct infringement, validity, and prior art analyses
Manage fact and expert discovery
Prepare for and take depositions of fact and expert witnesses
Support trial and post-trial proceedings
Work directly with clients, experts, and senior attorneys on case strategy
Qualification
Required
3rd - 5th year Associate ideally with experience from a top AM 100 law firm
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
USPTO registration is advantageous but not required
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated litigation aptitude
Preferred
Technical degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field strongly preferred
