Responsibilities

Participate in job shadows to gain exposure to the actuarial profession
Network with Prudential actuaries, many of whom are members of the Actuarial Leadership Development Program (ALDP)
Learn more about the actuarial profession at Prudential and the financial services industry in general
Interview for next summer’s Actuarial Internship Program (2027 AIP) upon successful completion of the program

Required

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029

Preferred majors include Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, STEM or other relevant math-focused major
Strong mathematical aptitude and computer skills
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred 3.2 GPA and above
