Lead all aspects of mission-critical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and client satisfaction
Partner with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and profitability goals
Oversee project operations, mentor teams, and maintain client relationships
Drive project acquisition and contribute to RFP responses, contract negotiation, and pre-construction planning
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of construction management experience with a general contractor or CM-at-Risk firm
Hands-on experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities
Strong leadership skills, including team development and client relationship management
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, safety, and project delivery best practices
