Customer Service Coordinator

Daily Operation for Warehouse business (Logistics/Distribution)
Warehouse Receipt
Warehouse In (Receiving)
Warehouse Out (Shipping)
Delivery Order dispatch
Picking Order dispatch
Receiving & Shipping operation: Monthly Average 350 Shipments
Picking Order dispatch: Monthly Average 350 Orders
Supporting of Ocean Consoli (CFS operation)
Operational Duties include Management & Development of Warehouse business
Following up customers and/or NX branches
Supporting to achieve department revenue/profit budget goals
Qualification
Required
Strong teamwork skills and inclination
Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
Process improvement
Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
