Responsibilities

Responsible for initial customer interactions and follow-through of service orders

Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request

Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry

Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear

Qualification

Required

2+ years of military or commercial experience in a communications field or an applicable technical discipline

Must have an active Secret clearance

Preferred

Associate's degree is preferred

May require mandatory schedule change based on operational requirements, resulting in a swing shift/second shift schedule (Example: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
