Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Assist customers by providing information about services, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met
Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate issues as necessary

Required
