In this role, you will oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and management of Workday Financial system integration, security administration, and financial reporting development while leading a team of professionals to ensure efficient operation of Finance technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workday Finance Technical Team in the design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions
Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to align Workday systems with business objectives
Manage and optimize Workday configurations, integrations, security settings and reporting
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues as needed
Stay current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities
