Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud-based network environments
Proactively monitor network performance, availability, and security events to ensure optimal uptime
Perform root cause analysis and lead hands-on resolution of complex network incidents and outages
Lead by example through active participation in incident response, escalation management, and service restoration
Plan and implement network changes, upgrades, and capacity planning initiatives to support business growth
Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers
Develop, maintain, and enforce network documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures
Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to implement and maintain security controls and best practices
Manage network vendors, service providers, contracts, and escalations to ensure service quality
Participate in on-call rotations and oversee after-hours maintenance activities as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive IT experience
Proven experience in enterprise network administration or network management
Strong working knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
Expertise in Cisco, Infoblox, and Microsoft Azure environments
Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure
Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex enterprise network environments
Experience using network monitoring, performance, and diagnostic tools
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Preferred

Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) or equivalent preferred
