Qualification
Required
Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing
A general working knowledge of computers
Preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and appropriate supporting programs (e.g., cleaning, sanitation, pest management, etc.)
