Project Manager
Rural King is America’s Farm and Home Store, providing essentials to the communities they serve. They are seeking a Project Manager who will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and tasks are completed efficiently
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget
Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations
Collaborate with teams to leverage collective expertise to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results
Work on high-visibility initiatives that allow you to showcase your skills and expertise to both internal and external stakeholders
Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments
Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of project management experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Oracle ERP Systems
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address challenges, minimizing potential delays or disruptions, and making effective leadership decisions
Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, with the ability to adapt communication style and tone for diverse audiences
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships
Experience in managing multiple tasks and maintaining a proactive and results-driven approach
Strong resilience and adaptability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity and setbacks
Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations
Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically
Ability to navigate and access all facilities
Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices
Close vision for computer-related activities
