Executive Assistant/Content Creator
Jim Glover Auto Family is seeking a highly capable, self-motivated individual for a hybrid role that combines executive support and creative content creation. This role will provide direct support to dealership leadership while capturing and managing content that tells the story of the dealerships, their people, and culture.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted assistant to dealership leadership
Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily organization
Assist with office administration, correspondence, and follow-ups
Help keep projects, priorities, and deadlines organized across departments
Act as a reliable point of coordination between leadership and team members
Capture photo and video content inside dealership locations and occasionally off-site
Confidently operate a camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or high-quality mobile setup)
Support designated content days that may require local or limited travel
Document events, team culture, and behind-the-scenes moments
Organize and manage content for efficient use across platforms
Assist with social media management and content scheduling
Contribute creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, stories, and posts
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Stay current on trends and suggest creative ways to showcase the business
Collaborate with leadership to bring ideas to life
Monday through Friday in-store presence required
Flexibility for occasional travel on scheduled content days
Ability to balance structured office work with creative, on-the-go responsibilities
