Responsibilities
Examines and verifies complex forms, reports, or records for accuracy and completeness
Pursues missing or incomplete documentation from providers promptly
Keys patient encounter, assessment, diagnosis, claims, payment requests, and other data into the Catalyst database
Prepares generated payment requests from Catalyst which attaches with the claims to be entered and uploaded into sandbox, the F&A accounting software system for payment, to the Fee-For Service Providers
Completes deliverables assigned from program/grant work plan(s) and routinely reports on results
Manages assignments assigned by supervisor and other duties as assigned regarding billing and reimbursement procedures
