Responsibilities

Gain a robust knowledge of Deloitte Policies to provide guidance to professionals, resolve customer inquiries, evaluate risk, and determine permissibility of financial relationships

Assist with the resolution of issues that arise with the processes, system, or internal customers

Search websites for information about corporate entities and types of products they offer

Research new financial products and clearly articulate their characteristics to management to determine how to monitor these products in the system

Develop a comprehensive understanding of and ability to execute internal processes and procedures for the department

Required

BA/BS degree

1-2 Years of experience of relevant work experience in a large corporate or professional services firm

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Willing to work in person in our Stamford, CT office as required (presently two days each week but may be subject to change)

Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred
