The Summit at Snoqualmie is a recreational facility located near Seattle, and they are seeking a SnowSports Administrative Supervisor to support the daily operations of their SnowSports School. The role involves recruiting and onboarding staff, managing payroll, and overseeing uniform inventory while ensuring consistent service standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting and onboarding seasonal staff; act as a liaison with Human Resources throughout the employment cycle

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the accurate entry and maintenance of employee records and personal data

Oversee the distribution and management of uniform inventory for all SnowSports personnel

Supervise and train front desk and point-of-sale (POS) staff, ensuring consistent service and operational standards

Administer payroll for the SnowSports School and Race Department (if applicable), ensuring timely and accurate submission

All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
