Estate and Tax Planning Attorney
gpac is a respected Florida law firm, and they are seeking an Estate Planning / Tax Planning Attorney to join its Jacksonville-area office. The role involves drafting and implementing comprehensive estate and tax planning strategies while advising high-net-worth clients on various tax matters.

Responsibilities
Draft and implement comprehensive estate and tax planning strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, advanced tax-planning vehicles, and asset protection structures
Advise individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters
Work closely with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and their advisors to develop customized planning solutions
Assist with trust and estate administration matters as needed, including post-death tax planning and compliance
Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to ensure coordinated and effective planning
Maintain regular, clear communication with clients regarding planning objectives, strategies, and implementation
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Bar member in good standing (or ability to waive in)
2+ years of experience in estate planning and tax planning
Strong drafting, analytical, and technical tax skills
Ability to work in-office the majority of the time (Jacksonville area)
Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with standard legal and office technology
Preferred
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning Highly Preferred
