Director of Account Management
Aretiforce is a fast-growing Salesforce ISV with deep enterprise adoption, seeking a Director of Account Management to lead customer retention and success initiatives. The role involves owning gross retention, renewals, and executive-level customer relationships across a complex SaaS platform, while driving outcomes at renewal time and collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
Gross retention, renewals, and executive-level customer relationships
A global post-sales org (Customer Success, Support, Technical Architecture, Ops) across the US & India
A commercial retention strategy with strong forecasting discipline
Executive alignment with enterprise customers to secure long-term commitments
Renewal cadence, KPIs, playbooks, and operating rhythm with a sales lens
Close partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion
Complex enterprise renewals, product transitions, and migrations
Qualification
Required
A sales or revenue leadership background (renewals, retention, post-sales revenue)
Proven success improving gross retention in a SaaS business
Experience navigating complex enterprise accounts and buying committees
Strong forecasting, operational rigor, and accountability mindset
Executive presence with C-level customers
