Group Station Duty Manager

Responsibilities

Build relationships with premium customers and ensure personalized service
Act as a customer care ambassador if assigned
Ensure staff embodies product philosophy and service standards
Conduct daily flight briefings and oversee supplier performance
Monitor and optimize station processes, including flight operations and special services
Support the Station Manager in handling conflicts and alternate airport operations
Foster quality awareness and intervene in service shortcomings
Oversee administrative tasks, audits, and cost control measures
Ensure safety, security, and emergency response compliance
Supervise staff, duty rosters, and training logistics
Maintain communication with authorities, passengers, and internal teams
Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

Required

High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's, or master's degree desirable
2-3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in ground operations
Leadership experience required
Fluency in English required; German/other languages desirable
Knowledge of LHG operator specifics, other airlines, & airport procedures
Training in Passenger Service, Leadership, and Safety Management
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure & manage conflicts
Legal work permit in the U.S. required
Willingness to travel and work shifts/overtime
Exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and high-stress environments
