The role involves conducting surveys, scoping, and managing field projects, primarily focusing on NYC Asbestos/Lead projects while collaborating with various company groups.

Responsibilities

Conducting surveys, scoping, and managing field projects
Working under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager
Assisting with field technician management and client development
Participating in client in-person and zoom meetings, emails, and phone calls
Report writing
Utilizing Microsoft and drawing computer program skills
Expanding into other geographic areas such as NJ and Westchester/Rockland/LI
Obtaining additional licenses/certifications as opportunities arise

Required

BS/BA degree in environmental science or equivalent
Strong communication skills - position involves client in-person and zoom meetings, emails, and phone calls
Report writing
Microsoft and drawing computer program skills
Minimum 6-8 years field experience working in the Asbestos/Lead industry
Minimum 2 years Jr. PM experience, must be able to get projects off the ground and assist with field technician management and client development

Preferred

NYC Asbestos Investigator and/or EPA Lead Risk Assessor certifications
Large Asbestos/Lead Contract experience is a plus
