Chief Operating Officer (must be an EdTech Entrepreneur)
ElevenX Capital is a global investment and operating platform focused on scaling transformative businesses across SaaS, EdTech, and enterprise technology. They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive the overall vision, strategy, and operations, overseeing fundraising, portfolio value creation, and exits.
Responsibilities
Define and execute ElevenX Capital’s vision, investment thesis, and growth strategy
Position ElevenX Capital as a leading cross-border VC/PE firm with strengths in US–India corridors
Identify, fund, and mentor high-potential startups with a focus on EdTech, SaaS, and enterprise innovation
Leverage personal experience as a founder/operator to guide portfolio companies through scaling challenges
Drive operational excellence across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success
Oversee strategic exits, acquisitions, and secondary transactions to maximize ROI
Mentor portfolio founders in go-to-market, fundraising, talent building, and global expansion
Lead ElevenX Capital’s global team across US and India
Build internal capabilities in deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and exits
Represent ElevenX Capital in media, industry forums, and ecosystem partnerships
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, or high-growth startups
Serial entrepreneur with proven company set-up, scaling, and successful exit experience
Strong fundraising experience (own VC fund, PE, or institutional capital raising)
Deep expertise across sales, marketing, product, and engineering, with ability to scale businesses across geographies
Prior experience in EdTech/SaaS as a founder, CxO, or operator
Cross-border experience in US and India, ideally building or scaling companies in both markets
Strong network within the VC, PE, and entrepreneurial ecosystems
