Mid LevelVisual Sound Inc is seeking a Command and Control Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and support of centralized command and control systems. This role ensures reliable system performance and seamless interoperability in mission-critical environments, collaborating with various teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support command and control systems including control rooms, network operations centers (NOCs), security operations centers (SOCs), and mission-critical environments
Integrate AV, IT, network, security, and data visualization platforms into cohesive command and control solutions
Develop system architectures, signal flow diagrams, network topologies, and control logic documentation
Program and configure control systems, processors, touch panels, video walls, and monitoring dashboards as required
Support pre-sales efforts by participating in system design reviews, technical scoping, and solution recommendations
Collaborate with Project Management to support project execution, schedules, testing, commissioning, and closeout
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization during installation and commissioning phases
Provide technical guidance and escalation support to installation and service teams
Ensure systems comply with company standards, client requirements, cybersecurity best practices, and applicable regulations
Assist with training end users and internal teams on system operation and maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, configuration files, and operating procedures
Support ongoing system upgrades, enhancements, and lifecycle management
