Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of software and data-driven solutions
Work with structured data models, including asset hierarchies, equipment data, inspection data, and integrity/RBI data
Support data ingestion, validation, transformation, and quality checks
Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues
Participate in code and data model reviews
Support testing, release, and deployment activities
Track project milestones, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables
Support sprint planning, execution, and progress tracking across multiple workstreams
Prepare project documentation, data mapping documents, meeting notes, and weekly status reports
Coordinate across engineering, data, QA, domain SMEs, and client stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues
Support the setup and configuration of project tools, data environments, and test and staging systems
Support integration between enterprise systems (e.g., EAM, ERP, inspection systems, data platforms)
Help improve delivery workflows, documentation standards, and execution discipline
Act as a coordination bridge between engineering teams, data teams, QA teams, domain experts, and client stakeholders
Ensure alignment on scope, data readiness, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in: Technical project coordination, Software delivery, Data, systems, or engineering IT environments
Strong understanding of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile / sprint-based delivery, Structured data models and enterprise data
Experience with: Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, SQL and/or data-driven systems, APIs and system integrations
Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in: Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Energy, or asset-intensive industries
Asset data, equipment hierarchies, inspection or maintenance systems
Exposure to: SAP PM / EAM / APM, RBI, Integrity Management, or Reliability systems
