Responsibilities. Responsible to acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets, formulate analytical problems, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, summarize critical findings/insights, and develop compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations. Participate in relevant aspects of Data Science Development Life Cycle, including planning, data discovery, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Perform exploratory analysis to understand data and leverage the data to create new products and services to meet project requirements. Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end. Work with a team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making. Leverage experience in quantitative analytics, design patterns, and data structures to code with machine learning tools to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that answer ad-hoc requests and use Tableau for data visualization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required
The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience
One (1) year of experience must include: Hadoop; Hive; Gurobi; MySQL; C++; R; Scala; and SQL
