Responsibilities
Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Pavilion, and AI tools like Juicebox to find and reach out to top candidates
Outreach: Run direct, high-quality outbound to candidates. Personalized. Fast
Screening: Review CVs and manage candidates in RecruiterFlow
Interviews: Run 20–30 minute screening interviews
Shortlisting: Move strong candidates to hiring managers with clear notes and recommendations
Pipeline Management: Keep hiring moving fast. No bottlenecks
Reporting: Track progress against Q1 hiring goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting for SaaS or tech roles
Experience hiring AEs, BDRs, SEs, CSMs, or Support Engineers
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outbound messaging
Comfortable using ATS tools like RecruiterFlow
Confident running structured screening interviews
Excellent spoken and written English
Able to work US hours
Reliable high-speed internet for video interviews
