Nestlé Purina North America is a leading company in pet care, committed to excellence and community involvement. They are seeking a Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician to perform light repairs, facility maintenance, and sanitation duties in their Hartwell, Georgia manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Repair drywall, concrete, brick, and block surfaces

Install carpet, floor and ceiling tiles, bulletin boards, and other items

Perform facility maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, waste disposal, snow removal, and more

Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, pipes, line painting, striping, and stenciling

Safely operate heavy equipment and cleaning equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and other job-related equipment

Assist the Maintenance Department with tasks such as sanitation, fire watch, confined space entry, etc

Prepare, transport, and stage chemicals for sanitation
